Returns Policy

Product Returns Policy

You may return new items sold and fulfilled by Social Thinking Australia via www.socialthinking.com.au within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item). If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase, you will have to pay for return shipping costs and we will only refund the purchase price of the product, we will not refund the charge for shipping the product to you in your original purchase. Again, this does not apply to defective items where all shipping costs are refundable/reimbursable. Any discounts received in purchasing the item(s) will be reflected in the refund.  

Opened DVDs and CDs may only be exchanged for the same title. All other products must be returned in new condition.  Please Note:  Except in the case of faulty products, we will only refund your purchase price if the product(s) are returned in new condition, so be sure to package the products in such a way to avoid damage in transit back to us.

Workshop Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for workshops hotsed by Social Inclusion Australia must be made in writing. We recognise that unforeseen circumstances may arise; however Social Inclusion Australia will not accept responsibility for these.

In the event of cancellation prior to the close of standard registration, Social Inclusion Australia will refund all workshop payments made less a A$99.00 (inc GST) cancellation and admin fee. Absolutely no refunds will be made for cancellations after close of standard registration.

Prior to the close of the standard registration period, a substitute may attend in your place. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are transferring your registration — please note that a transfer of registration will incur a A$66 (inc GST) administration processing fee. This also includes transferring from one workshop venue to another.

In the event Social Inclusion Australia needs to cancel the workshop, then a full refund will be made of any workshop payments made, excluding the processing and administration fees. Social Inclusion Australia will not be responsible for any cost other than the workshop payment.

Following the close of the standard registration period for a workshop, we are unable to transfer registration.

Any additional administration on payments or workshop matters including change of details, additional contact, requests for additional copies or changes to the attendance certificate or tax invoice will incur a A$99 (inc GST) administration fee per item.

Social Inclusion Australia reserves the right to make any changes to the above workshop without notice. In the event Social Inclusion Australia needs to cancel the workshop, then a full refund will be made of the workshop registration fee.  Social Inclusion Australia will not be responsible for any cost other than the workshop payment.

Social Inclusion Australia reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline entry to any of our workshops to anyone who may have registered, and/or to discontinue attendance to anyone who may have registered. A full refund less a A$99 (inc GST) cancellation fee will be remitted to the refused registrant.

Social Inclusion Australia training workshops are directed at interested teachers, other professionals and parents. Workshop content information is available on our website. There are generally no prerequisites to attending Social Inclusion Australia workshops. You are welcome to attend, however you attend under your own volition. Social Inclusion Australia takes no responsibility as to the suitability of any workshop.
